Shanghai festival offers give accompanying families more outing options
Official guidance lists attraction promotions mainly running September 12–27, with venue-specific conditions.
Shanghai published a tourism-festival offer guide on September 11. Participating attractions have different ticket categories and validity periods, and the guide warns that some locations may have long queues. Final prices and booking channels should be checked with each venue.
Accompanying relatives can use the guide to plan optional outings around hospital appointments. Check step-free access, seating and cancellation terms before booking. For the patient, ask the clinical team whether an outing fits the care plan and current mobility needs. Tourism offers are separate from medical services and do not imply a health benefit.
