Guangzhou Huangpu rehabilitation and care project targets November opening
A September 7 district report says the Perennial project is nearly complete, with visits planned for late September and opening expected in early November.
The Huangpu district government published a hospital-sourced update on September 7 about the Perennial rehabilitation and care community in Guangzhou. The project combines rehabilitation, nursing and residential elder care. Its planned 1,600 beds cover the combined medical and elder-care facilities; they are not all rehabilitation hospital beds.
The opening dates are projections, not confirmation that admissions have started. Before planning a stay, ask the operator about operational status, clinical assessment, foreign-patient acceptance, interpretation and a written cost estimate.
