Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital reports work-injury rehabilitation designation

In an October 13 notice carried by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital said it had been recognised as a contracted work-injury rehabilitation institution for central-government employees in Beijing after an assessment by the relevant pension-insurance administration. The hospital's notice lists neurological, orthopaedic, spinal-cord-injury, cardiopulmonary and integrated Chinese-and-Western-medicine rehabilitation among the services it has developed.

This designation is described for an insured, defined employment group in Beijing. It does not establish access for visitors, overseas patients or any individual case, and it does not confirm a referral, treatment plan, price or outcome.
